Shipping Policy
We currently ship across all major pincodes in India. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: ₹99 (Free on orders over ₹2,000). Delivery within 3-5 business days.
- Express Shipping: ₹199. Delivery within 1-2 business days.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return gently used products within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please email our support team at srkfashionacc@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged & Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will send a replacement free of charge.
